The Carter Miter Mill allows you to make safe cross cuts on irregularly shaped pieces on a band saw.
Notice that in this video, he is not wearing any eye protection. Never operate a band saw without proper eye protection!
The club has two additional jigs for bandsaws that help make them safer to use : The Little Ripper and The Round Ripper from Stockholm Supply.
Bandsaw safety is extrememly important here at the club and all members must take all necessary safety precautions when using the club’s bandsaws.
